Everything is ok, except the floor cleaning and there are many spiders in the room.

This is not really a hotel. It is a speculative Chinese apartment development that is renting rooms while they try to sell. Once there It is almost impossible to leave because it is isolated so no tuk tuk or taxi drivers provide a service. We had to rent a staff member's bike as the only transport option. Food options are limited to one dumpling concession. The "hotel" is unfinished but at least you can while away the time watching the builders at work. The pool is large but located next to current building work and does not look convincingly clean. Our room was comfortable but the TV only had Chinese programmes. This was no real problem because it failed within an hour. Avoid.
